Michael Faraday — Father of Electricity
Michael Faraday was an English chemist and physicist who discovered electromagnetic induction, diamagnetism, and electrolysis.
He also invented the field of electrochemistry and developed the first dynamo, or self-rotating electric machine.
Faraday is considered one of the greatest scientists in history. He was the first person to demonstrate that electricity could be generated by chemical action and that this discovery could be used to produce light and heat.
